Neuter/Spay Agreement
All my Bengals are registered with The International Cat Association (TICA).  You must sign a legal agreement to have your kitten neutered/spayed before 9 months old, and after proof has been sent to me signed by your veterinarian, I will mail your TICA registration paper and pedigree.
